Welcome to Parinay Pavilion LLP. By making a booking for hotel stays, event lawns, banquets, or other services through our website or directly with us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Parinay Pavilion LLP.
- A valid ID proof may be required at the time of check-in or event booking.
- Advance payment may be required to confirm room reservations or event bookings.
- Booking confirmation will only be considered final after receipt of the required payment.
- Guests must provide accurate contact and booking details.
2. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
3. Event Lawn & Banquet Booking
- Event bookings require advance confirmation and payment.
- Any additional services such as decoration, catering, sound, or special arrangements may be charged separately.
- Final guest count and event requirements must be confirmed at least [X] days before the event.
4. Cancellation Policy
Hotel Room Bookings
- Cancellation made 7 days before check-in: Eligible for full refund.
- Cancellation made 3–7 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Cancellation made within 72 hours of check-in: No refund.
Event / Lawn / Banquet Bookings
- Cancellation made 30 days before the event: 75% refund.
- Cancellation made 15–30 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Cancellation made within 15 days of the event: No refund.
5. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.
- Transaction charges, if any, may be deducted.
- Refunds are only applicable as per the cancellation terms above.
6. No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to check in or does not attend the booked event without prior notice, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
7. Booking Modifications
Changes to booking dates, room type, or event schedule are subject to availability and management approval. Additional charges may apply.
8. Force Majeure
Parinay Pavilion LLP shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unavoidable circumstances.
