Welcome to Parinay Pavilion. By accessing our website and using our hotel, banquet, and event booking services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.
1. General Terms
Parinay Pavilion reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services means you accept those changes.
By using our website, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.
2. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking will only be confirmed after receiving the required advance payment.
- The remaining balance must be paid before check-in or event commencement unless otherwise agreed.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email or phone.
Parinay Pavilion reserves the right to refuse any booking without assigning any reason.
3. Check-in & Check-out Policy
- Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
- Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID during check-in.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Hotel Room Bookings:
- Cancellation made 7 days before check-in: Full refund.
- Cancellation made 3–7 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Cancellation made less than 72 hours before check-in: No refund.
Event / Banquet Bookings:
- Advance booking amount is non-refundable.
- Date changes are subject to availability.
- Event cancellations within 15 days may result in partial or full forfeiture of advance.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain proper behavior and respect hotel property.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal activities
- Property damage
- Excessive noise or disturbance
- Misconduct with staff or other guests
Parinay Pavilion reserves the right to remove any guest without refund if these terms are violated.
6. Damage to Property
Any damage caused by guests to hotel rooms, banquet areas, furniture, décor, or property will be chargeable to the guest.
The management has full authority to assess and recover such damages.
7. Event & Banquet Terms
For wedding, party, and event bookings:
- Final guest count must be shared at least 7 days before the event.
- External vendors (decorators, caterers, DJs, etc.) require prior approval.
- Event timings must strictly follow local administration rules.
- Any extra service beyond the agreed package will be chargeable separately.
- Advance payment once paid may be forfeited in case of cancellation.
8. Food & Beverage Policy
Outside food and beverages may not be allowed unless prior written permission is granted.
Parinay Pavilion is not responsible for food brought by external vendors.
9. Child Policy
- Children below 5 years may stay free without extra bedding.
- Extra bedding or extra occupancy charges may apply for children above 5 years.
10. Payment Terms
We accept payments through:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- Cash
- Credit/Debit Cards
All prices are subject to applicable taxes (including GST).
Payment gateway issues or third-party transaction failures are not the responsibility of Parinay Pavilion.
11. Website Usage
All content, images, logos, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Parinay Pavilion.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying is strictly prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
Parinay Pavilion shall not be liable for:
- Loss of personal belongings
- Delays caused by natural disasters, technical failures, or force majeure events
- Any indirect or consequential damages
In any case, our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.
13. Force Majeure
Parinay Pavilion shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemic situations
- Fire
- Civil disturbances
14. Privacy
Any personal information collected during booking or website usage will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
